The Promobarrier website has been launched to cater for high levels of enquiries and provide extensive technical information about the promobarrier collection. Broadview says that in response to its hugely successful promobarrier range it has launched what it calls an ‘innovative website’ dedicated to its modular café barriers, pavement screens and event banners. The website provides customers with an exclusive opportunity to view products, access extensive technical information and register their interest in the distinctive promobarrier collection. As a result of recognising a niche in the market, the Dorset-based company has designed the website to include a variety of user-friendly key features, to enable customers to explore the promobarrier, modular banner system. Key features of the website include a product specification page (downloadable in a PDF format), offering customers a three-step guide to help distinguish the right product for their need, and an image gallery displaying examples of the café barriers, pavement screens and event banners designed and developed by Broadview. The website also includes detailed case studies of the products available and a page for customers to enquire about Broadview’s promobarrier collection. Ian Pratt, managing director of Broadview, said: “Since we launched the promobarrier collection two years ago, the unique modular banner system has continually been in high demand with customers. As a result, we have created and launched the promobarrier website to extend our customer reach and cater for the high levels of enquiries we have received since establishing the product range. In addition to the website, we now have a dedicated team to handle all enquiries and a new phone number for promobarrier to ensure customer enquiries and orders are handled with absolute care from manufacture to supply, overall improving customer service levels.” Utilised by cafés, hotels and restaurants to provide ‘alfresco’ facilities, or to help with crowd management at outdoor shows and sporting events, the promobarrier products are designed primarily to define outside areas whilst increasing brand visibility and providing bespoke advertising opportunities. Tailor-made from a variety of materials to suit different environments, Broadview’s promobarrier range acts as a unique tool to visually promote venues and events.
