S:CRAFT has launched a partner programme which accredits its most experienced stockists.

“We have the longest established and most experienced retail network of shutter stockists in the UK. Yet this growing market has seen a number of new entrants into the market who have not taken the time to develop and train the network of stockists they are trying to build. For the consumer this means unsatisfactory initial advice on the best shutter solution for their windows and poor quality workmanship when it comes to the installation.” said Michael Schnuppe, S:CRAFT’s head of sales and marketing.

The S:CRAFT partner programme assesses S:CRAFT stockists on a number of criteria and accredits qualifying stockists with either Partner or Master Partner status. These partners are not only able to use the accreditation for marketing purposes but also receive numerous other trade and consumer facing marketing benefits including premium positioning on S:CRAFT’s stockist locator.

Michael Schnuppe explained: “S:CRAFT’s aim is not to have the largest but the highest quality stockist network and to continue to find the right partners to work with and ultimately develop them to become Master Partners.”
S:CRAFT’s account managers are tasked with not only building the technical proficiency of their accounts but to focus on the business development elements that will help ensure that shutters become an integral and profitable product segment for blind and shutter retailers.
