Optimum production capacity

With ever increasing global competition, companies are striving to improve efficiencies in their business practices according to Decora.

The company says this trend is being mirrored in the domestic market with consumers opting for low cost window furnishings. The vertical blind has remained a firm favourite as the most practical and economical window blind solution.

With the CPC 2000 louvre cutting, punching and creasing machine from Decora, optimum production capacity and efficiency can be achieved when manufacturing vertical blinds. The company says the CPC 2000 is compact and can be placed on a work bench, plugging into a standard electrical socket. There is no requirement for a compressed air supply, making it extremely reliable and ready for production in minutes. The average production output for the CPC 2000 machine is around 200 average sized blinds per day. The company says the machine is easily operated and suitable for any size of business processing both 89mm and 127mm fabrics.

Key features include:

  • Computer controlled automatic operation - The CPC 2000 is easily programmed, enabling slats to be cut to the desired length. Simply enter the drop and number of slats required. Sample fabric sizes can also be cut.
  • Creases top and bottom pockets - Enter the required slat drop and the CPC 2000 will automatically add allowances for both top and bottom pockets. The machine creates creases for both top and bottom pockets.
  • Punches hanger hole - Hanger holes are punched in the required position to eliminate the need for manual punching.
  • Full service back up by Decora

A 12 month warranty is offered on all CPC 2000 louver cutting machines. Servicing can also be arranged through Decora’s customer service team.
