Broadview is witnessing a year on year increase in the number of trade account customers joining the Broadview network.
Together with a host of benefits created in becoming part of the trade network, Broadview’s commitment to continuous product research and development, as well as to the enthusiasm of its 40-strong team of skilled craftsmen can be attributed to the continual increase. Martin Rayner, sales director at Broadview, explained: “Our UK trade account network has been operating since 1996 and we decided to set up this network rather than a franchised operation because franchising tends to be an inflexible method of doing business. We have almost 40 years experience in all aspects of the blinds and awnings industry including manufacturing, supplying, installing and retailing, and this extensive knowledge reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest levels of service to our trade accounts. He added: “We continually look to improve the service we provide to our accounts. We look to appoint strong candidates to our team who can deliver an exceptional service and also provide a range of literature and technical support to these accounts. Our accounts have access to our web server and website which provides them with extensive technical and specification information that is easy to navigate, simple to understand and also downloadable. The site also provides the opportunity to request quotes, track the status of orders as well as check invoices and credits at the touch of a button.” The benefits in operating a trade account include:
Kover-it, based in Berkshire, has been part of Broadview’s trade network for more than five years and says it is proud to be in partnership with a company that is at the forefront of developing comprehensive solutions. David Beecham, managing director of Kover-it, said: “The team at Broadview really do push the boundaries in awning design and production as they have helped me to fulfil any request. Several installations I have completed have been large scale awnings, many up to 15 metres in length, and Broadview have easily delivered. The product quality is second to none, with every product arriving ready to be installed and, if required, Broadview provide back-up support in fitting products. Broadview’s product knowledge is extensive and as a result of running its own retail outlets the company knows exactly what I require. In five years of working with Broadview, I cannot fault them in any way. They are a brilliant team and very efficient.
