Phifer SheerWeave says it is proud to introduce three new SheerWeave styles.

Phifer has introduced its new eco-friendly SheerWeave Infinity. PVC-free and 100 per cent recyclable, SheerWeave Infinity starts with the only core yarn, synthetic or natural, that is born out of post-industrial waste by-product. Emulating the look and engineering of standard SheerWeave fabrics, Infinity's yarn coating is developed from the same compound family as its core yarn. Like its SheerWeave predecessors, Infinity provides the same solar heat and glare control properties that have elevated window treatments from mere decoration, to high performance tools for conserving energy, harnessing natural light and maintaining interior comfort levels. This fabric is available in nine colors and in width options of 63", 84" and 98".

The new SheerWeave 2700 Series includes Styles 2701 (1 per cent openness), 2703 (3 per cent openness), 2705 (5 per cent openness) and 2710 (10 per cent openness). The 2700 Styles are woven from a unique twill pattern that displaces the individual yarns to create a two sided fabric for maximum performance in heat reduction, glare reduction and improved visibility. All 2700 Series fabrics have been certified by GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Children and Schools standards. These Styles are available in five colors and in both 63" and 98" widths.

SheerWeave Style 2500 is a full basketweave fabric with an openness of 1 per cent and is woven of fine PVC-coated fiberglass yarns. Manufactured with ease of fabrication in mind, the 2500 Style is designed expressly for those applications which require more opaque and nondirectional fabric.

Style 2500 has also been certified to the GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Children and Schools standard. SheerWeave Style 2500 is available in niine colors and in both 63” and 98” widths. SheerWeave interior sun control fabrics offer an exciting new alternative to ordinary window coverings. Elegantly managing the sun’s heat and glare can be accomplished with Phifer’s SheerWeave interior sun control fabrics.

According to the company, SheerWeave’s light-filtering qualities diffuse light, reduce glare and help control solar heat gain to make any room a more comfortable environment. As SheerWeave filters and diffuses light, it also helps reduce the fading of textiles and interior furnishings. SheerWeave can be used in roll-up shades, Roman shades, folding shades, pleated shades, vertical blinds, drapes, sheers and screens. With a whisper of light and color, SheerWeave fabrics are the perfect complement to any interior décor.
