Arena has announced further investment in its product range and additional enhancements to its exceptional customer service
Hot on the heels of recent product innovations including the new pleated roof system as well as the perfect fit frame option for pleated freehangs and aluminium venetians, Arena says it is set to boost the awnings market with its brand new Valencia collection, and launch its exciting new range of Roman blinds.
Paul Harper, general manager, Arena, said: “We aim to keep at the forefront of product advancement in what is a fast evolving environment. The size of our operation means that we can be quick to adapt to changing consumer needs to provide exactly what our customers want.
“Our reputation is built on superior customer service and the widest breadth of product. Our commitment to this strategy requires continued investment in the business, even more so against the backdrop of the difficult market conditions we’re experiencing in the home improvement sector.”
Arena’s new awning product follows on from the success of its shutters collection which was launched last year. “We’re delighted to be adding awnings to our specialist products range. Our customers want the opportunity to sell bigger ticket items so they can enjoy greater profit margins.”
In addition to a comprehensive product range, recognised for its innovation and design, Arena aims to give customers the best possible support and service. To this end, the company has introduced and continues to develop, pioneering service initiatives and competitive pricing structures.
“Arena aims to differentiate itself in terms of the service that we offer,” continued Paul. “I recently discovered that the combined experience of the people within our office is over 100 years. Customers appreciate that they’re talking to someone who understands the product and their service requirements. This really helps to avoid the frustration of miscommunication.
“We have also invested in our own delivery infrastructure. We now operate a twice weekly nationwide van delivery service, utilising our own van fleet. Customer feedback on our new delivery platform has been excellent with improved reliability the key theme of the feedback received.”
