Silhouette Shades are gently translucent for an endless variety of moods; soft as silk, elegant as a curtain and practical as a Venetian blind. Soft fabric vanes suspended between two sheer facings allow as much or as little delicately filtered light as desired. They are operated with a single pull cord to raise and lower the shade as well as tilting the vanes. New to the collection is the 100mm vane size, providing superior view-through, light control, style and quality all in one. This new vane size is perfect for rooms with larger windows and expansive views offering a soft ‘shutter’ look while adding interest to a room.
Another new addition is the UltraLift operating system. This new system has a retractable cord mechanism to raise, lower and tilt the shade providing a clean look with enhanced beauty and improved ease of operation.

The movement of the vanes optimises light control and prevents the glare of bright low winter sunlight. Silhouette Shades also offer a combination of light and privacy, as when open, they allow softly filtered light through the window and when closed they provide complete privacy.

The new Silhouette Shades collection features a selection of colours to complement any interior scheme. Each component comes perfectly colour co-ordinated with the desired shade. The new range, now in three vane widths, is also complemented by a 75mm as well as the standard 50mm option, creating what Luxaflex calls the perfect blind for both small and large windows.
