Arena has launched a brand new range of Shutters under its ‘Dimensions’ brand and revealed, at the same time, a new-look identity for both Arena and Dimensions. Arena was established over 20 years ago as a supplier to the trade of both components and made-to-measure blinds. The successful growth of Arena’s made-to-measure blinds business is reflected in the new brand identity, which has been under development for the past six months. Feedback gained from Arena’s customers has helped highlight the key brand values – namely reliability, efficiency and great service - all at a time when the blinds market is becoming more competitive than ever. The key contacts at Arena consist of four regional Sales Managers and an internal customer service team – all of whom are dedicated to providing the best possible customer care. Their know-how and experience is well regarded throughout Arena’s customer base. ‘In launching the new identity for Arena we’re aiming to both capture the positive feedback from customers and also cement our market-leading position, while the Dimensions identity is appealing to consumers who appreciate a modern and contemporary look’ says Paul Harper, General Manager for Arena. ‘We know that some of our customers like to use the Dimensions brand almost as their own and want them to be assured that the new-look product books will help them to sell more blinds’. Arena has chosen to launch the updated Dimensions brand in April, starting with Shutters and rolling out across other products as new ranges are introduced. ‘Shutters is a very exciting new development for Arena’ continues Paul ‘The range will consist of 50 stained finishes and colours across four different wood types and four different louvre widths. There’s a choice of styles – Tier on tier, Café style, Full height or Solid Shutters and customers can also choose to have their Shutters painted to match their colour scheme by opting for one of up to 200 shades from either Dulux trade or Farrow and Ball paints’ ‘The new collection can also provide the ideal solution for awkward and unusual windows as the Shutter can be made to fit almost any shape to perfection’, concludes Paul. ‘Arena customers will be provided with a Dimensions Shutters bag complete with style and colour samples followed shortly by a consumer magazine in the new Dimensions brand style. This will be full of inspirational photography, information and advice for consumers to use when choosing their Shutters’.
