The French company Ballauff  has secured a patent for its new Solarwood woven timber wood blinds.

Following extensive development and trials Ballauff has now launched the Solarwood product which involves a reflective pearlised coating applied to one side of the pinoleum blind which can substantially reduce the heat absorption into the room.

The coating can be applied to either natural pinoleum or to any of the colours in the Ballauff Collection or indeed any of the bespoke colours supplied exclusively to customers as well as the 120 coloured finishes available through the Little Green Paint Company.
