Dimensions Romans Extra offers a range of fabrics including a contemporary charcoal suede, two new monochrome fabrics, a selection of seventies inspired geometric designs, metallic and opulent embroidered silks and ever-fashionable nautical stripes. Romans Extra compliments the existing Romans collection, which consists of 103 fabrics and the two ranges combined offer a total of 123 fabric choices. “Roman blinds are becoming more and more popular,” said Sarah Quilliam, head of product design for Arena. “They really are the modern alternative to curtains, combining all the practical qualities of a blind with the appeal of soft fabrics. They work well in any number of different settings from contemporary to both period and traditional style of properties. The new fabrics in the Romans Extra range have been inspired by all the latest trends for prints and patterns. “As we see a growth in the number of apartments and properties with large windows, we’re also delighted to be able to offer larger blinds up to 5m2. Some of the fabrics in the Dimensions Romans range are also available with a blackout function – perfect for children’s rooms and giving an extra layer of insulation to help keep the warmth in and fuel bill down.”

Following on from the success of the Dimensions Romans collection, Arena has added a further 20 on ‘trend’ fabrics to its current collection in the form of Dimensions Romans Extra. Two new finishes for the sidewinder chain are also being introduced – antique or chrome, plus Arena now has the capability to manufacture Romans up to 5m2.
